Being an environmentalist, I LOVE the idea of hybrid cars. The problem is that hybrid cars can be relatively expensive, and most people still drive inefficient cars that consume tons of fuel. The solution is simple — just convert your current car to run on water. If you run your car on water, then you will definitely reduce your greenhouse and carbon emissions, not to mention save $$$ on gas and get better mileage.
