Boss’ new Idea
I have been working the same job the past 5 years. I’ve done a good job, at least that’s what I think. However, i’ve always thought that my boss didn’t think of me as management material until recently. He called me in his office to discuss me taking some project management courses. To say the least I was stunned. Every bad thought I had about him was laid aside as he was offering me an opportunity that I thought would never come. I am very excited to start the program which will give me a new title, and an increase in pay.
