Government Officials Need Organizaional Leadership Training
Sometimes it is not the education anymore but the training. So when we want really good leaders in our government and anywhere else, from the barangay position up to the presidency. Well, they all should have Organizational Leadership Training. This should be the project of the president as most of the government officials do not have any knowledge or at least an idea about leadership training, let alone organizational leadership. And how are they going to make some drastic changes when they have no idea on how to go about it.
So for the people, get them all to some kind of leadership training.
