The medical field is advancing almost as rapidly as the computer field. There is always new equipment to buy and new techniques to learn. I have a friend who is a Chiropractor, I think everyone should have friends that are good with their hands. He decided to lease chiropractic equipment for his office because of the amount of wear and tear he knew that it would get. Plus he knew that if he bought the stuff and it became outdated he would have to buy new stuff and would not be able to sell his old stuff. He is really a smart guy.
