An interesting challenge…..

It can be interesting to be a human being, but many times it is not so fun. All kinds of problems can affect us.  These are problems like  gum disease  as well as getting hungry , crashing a car, losing money, losing a job or losing friends.  These are situations of suffering. And they happen every day to someone in this world. Sometimes it is us.  It is not so easy to overcome such problems. But they key lies in the mind.  Our mind is the only thing we have a degree of control over.  Unfortunately, our mind seems to be susceptible to many negative influences.  For  a better way to look at the world, read the book, Zhuan Falun.
