Burn Fat Using Natural Means

I have been burning fat naturally and safely for over six months now, using this following system: I drink one half to one gallon of water teach day with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it. I also eat a diet that is between 60% and 70% of raw, fresh fruits and vegetables. I focus on vegetables that are nutrient dense, high in fiber and water content, and are low in carbohydrates. I avoid starchy vegetables and fruits. I also do not ingest any processed foods during my diet, as these slow down the fat burning process. Included in my routine, I also go for a walk each day from between 1 and 3 miles. I have lost over 50 pounds on this diet!
