Can Panic Attacks Be Treated Without Medication?
I am trying to find out more about the treatment options available for people suffering from panic attacks. I really hate to take prescription medication, so I am wondering if there are any treatments that work for this sort of thing that don’t involve taking medication. Are there panic attacks treatment options that just involve therapy or natural medicine? I have heard that sometimes if you can reduce your stress these are less likely to occur, so I have started doing yoga and trying other stress reduction methods to see if these would help, but I want to know what else I might be able to try.
