Check With Your Physician Before Trying Sciatica Exercises For Back Pain
If you are experiencing lower back pain and pain in either or both of your legs, you may have a back injury. Many times something is pressing on your sciatic nerve which causes the pain that you are experiencing. There are sciatica exercises that you can try doing to relieve the pain. However, it is advisable that you check with your physician before you start any exercise program. It would be best to get an examination for your back pain so that you can be properly diagnosed. If you begin an exercise program without knowing the extent of your injury, you may do more harm than good.
