Go Away Sinus Headache

A sinus headache should disappear once the sinuses are cleared. It may not take more than three to five days to relieve a patient off sinusitis. However, severe sinusitis conditions should be treated with additional medication. If a patient has prolonged sinus headache, say, even after a week and if he or she may have a body temperature of 102 degrees F, they should be immediately put under proper medical care. Bleeding from nose, increased swelling over forehead, eyes, nose, cheek and face; blurred vision or balance problems are some of the symptoms of critical sinusitis. Doctors treat such conditions with special care and attention. Using de-congestants while going to higher altitudes, or swimming in deep water would help sinusitis patients to avoid problems.
