How is the fish processed to get the oil out?
I am interested in learning more about how they make Omega 3 fish oil supplements. How do they process the fish to get the oil out? I think that different methods of processing will most likely have different effects on the effectiveness of the Omega 3 fish oil supplements, so I want to find out the best way for fish to get processed to make this oil, and then find supplements that are made this way. I won’t mind if they are more expensive since I think they will most likely be more effective than the cheaper fish oil supplements.
