Joint Pain, Not Just For Humans!
Recently, I have become aware of joint pain in Labradors. I think that it is interesting that I too suffer from joint pain and wonder if the treatments were the same. Friends had said they used glucosamine with their dog and knew of adult humans that had taken it for themselves as well. So, I thought I would research how it functions and what is out there. The addition of a product that reduces swelling and decreases pain is a brilliant move - Nutramax Dasuquin with MSM not only has the glucosamine, but adds MSM which combats the evil side effects that I deal with on a daily basis. We, humans, get to take ibuprofen for pain and swelling, apparently, MSM has the same effect on dogs. Sounds like a quality product for dogs. I don’t think I will try it for myself - just think a human FDA approved product is safer.
