People With Asthma Can Do Exercise

An asthmatic person must practice asthma exercise and sports to live healthily. However, physical exertion must be avoided, especially when the asthmatic has a cold or flu. A doctor or practitioner must plan and supervise the exercise routine for the patient. Breathing exercises are very helpful to get more air into the lungs, and asthma exercise strengthens breathing muscles and controls weight. The only requirement is to have asthma under control before starting with the exercises, and  keep the inhaler on hand. It is important to warm up and cool down properly before and after the routine, and stop the routine if symptoms appear.
