Tried Melatonin

I have had the flu and am feeling really tired and run down, but I still couldn’t seem to get to sleep at night. My mum swears by melatonin and gave me a bottle of it to try out. It’s in liquid form with an orange flavour and when you press the spray, only the right amount of liquid comes out. You spray it under the tongue and keep it there for 30 seconds. You then swish it around your mouth and swallow it. Apparently it gets absorbed in the mouth and so works very fast. After resisting for a few days, I decided to give it a try and was amazed that I got to sleep in about 15 minutes. Result!
