A family affair

I wanted to get into buying investment properties but was a little spooked about it. I have three grown sons and when I talked about it to them we decided to form a partnership and each of us up some of our savings. We bought our first property and did a little fixing up on it and found a property management to get us a tennant. The little bit of fixing up we did improved the value especially as a rental property so we were able to use the equity in the first house to help finance two more properties. We have a real family affair going here.
