A Gift for Every Table

A wonderful recipe for mashed potatoes is one that begins with a lot of thought and preparation.  There are no ordinary recipes for those who know what it means to be a gift for the table.  There must be thorough preparation and planning.  First, it is necessary to clean the potatoes completely.  Leave no speck of dirt of growth on the vegetable.  It must then be pealed, depending on the recipe you are using.  Some recipes call for the skins to remain on the potato.  Next, cut the potatoes up into chunks measuring exactly one inch square.  That’s the beginning.
