All is Fair

I went to the state fair last night and it was a crush a people and, surprisingly, a tangle of baby pushchairs. Who knew that the fair was the entertainment choice for people with kids who aren’t yet walking? It doesn’t make sense to me. The fair is mostly uneven dirt paths, full of cables and cow manure. Maybe pushing a child in a chair is a better option than losing track of them in the crowd. Who knows the logic. I do have to say, though, despite all the noise and bumpy terrain, none of the kids were crying.
