Creating An Our Door Room
Last summer I wanted to create a nice outdoor room on my patio to be able to retreat to during the spring and summer. I was able to find really cute second hand furniture that I was able to paint to make look brand new. I also bought a concrete stain and stained my concrete which turned out really nice. I purchased discount patio blinds which make it feel more like a room. I can open them when I want to see out and close them when I want privacy. I added candles and flowers and it gave my area a really unique look. I was able to do all of this for fewer than three hundred dollars. I made my own pillows and covered the cushions with really inexpensive fabric I got on sale at a craft store. If I can do it on a tight budget, anyone can.
