My friends and I have never been the type to settle down. We work hard and we play hard. None of us ever really think all that much about our future and we think more about today. But a friend of mine just bought houston texas real estate. I was pretty surprised when he told me so I asked him why. He said that home prices were down and interest rates are down. He also said that they could start going back up at any point and may never be this low again, so he figured why wait. He makes a good point so I think I might look into buying!
