Le Caretakers – Overseas Property Agents
Our home abroad…it paints such a pretty picture, doesn’t it? A villa in the south of France, a bungalow on the beach somewhere…but who’s going to see to the upkeep when I’m not there? My overseas property agents, that’s who!
I can’t be on both continents at once, you know, and I want my properties overseas to be cared for and any problems dealt with promptly – so a good property agent is essential.
The agent wouldn’t have to look in on my property every single day, just once a week to make sure nothing is broken or leaking, and that the property is secure. That’s all. really.
