The Joys of watching aseed grow

At some point in primary school, most children were set the task of planting a seed and watching it grow, perhaps it was an avocado plant, most likely it was cress. Yes, that non-descript grassy, leafy plant/herb that we Brits like to team with cress in a sarnie. Most of us will have come into contact with cress before our tenth birthday. Cress has a special place in my heart because it was the first plant I’ve seen grow from seed to plant, and that is a magical thing to witness. You’ll see this same phenomenon time and time again with Aerogarden, your very own giant cress box- without the cress but with infinitely more exciting things to see grow.
