Do you need a new ball?

The warmer weather is just around the corner — and many people are asked to inspect their trailer equipment prior to hitting the road. This is always a good idea — but don’t forget to inspect your trailer hitches and also examine the trailer hitch balls. If the ball for your trailer hitch is broken, loose, rusted or scratched, that’s a signal to you that it needs to be replaced — don’t take a chance and think that you can “get another season of use” from your ball — replace it while you were thinking about it, before you need it.
