Nothing Like Organic Joe
There’s really nothing like a good cup of coffee. I’ve had coffee in Turkey, Greece, Nigeria, Columbia, Mexico, and everywhere that prides itself on good java. One of the happy discoveries I’ve made in the past year is that organic coffee just tastes better. There’s a kind of purity or clarity about the taste, as though a thin layer of film had been removed and the heart of the flavor revealed. Whether it’s Sumatra or Malaysia, a blend or one unique farm’s beans, organic makes a difference. With coffee is as important to me as it is, organic is worth every penny.
