Racing Radio Controlled Boats This Weekend
The weekend is finally almost here! It looks like it’s going to be a nice one…the forecast is for pure sunshine. You know what that means…we’ll be racing our radio controlled boats down at the pond.I just love it when the sun is out, and the pond is smooth as glass…just waiting for us to churn it up! I’ve been in touch with most of the gang, and I think we’ll have a good turnout. We’re going to be racing our radio controlled boats against the clock this weekend. It’s kind of informal, we don’t get down to the fraction of a second with our timer, but we have fun. There’s always a little rivalry…everyone likes to show off and try to be better than the next guy! There really are no losers after all…we all enjoy the racing, and the ribbing afterwards. Better go make sure my batteries are charged…and pack the boat into the truck…gotta be ready to go in the
