Is Nursing Certification Easy To Get?

I am going to have to take my nursing certification exam soon, and I am worried that I might not be able to pass since I tend to have a hard time with exams, even if I know the material very well. Where can I find out more about what might be on the test? I would love it if I could find some sort of practice test that I could take to get a better idea what the exam will be like. I think this would help me to do better when I actually have to take the exam for real.
