I Don’t Like Fighting

About a week ago, my son came up to me while we were at the mall and he told me that he wanted me to get a book for him.  I was surprised because he is usually wanting a video game or CD.  I asked him what the book was, and he told me that it was an mma book that he found on sale.  I told him that he would have to ask his mom.  I didn’t like the thought of him reading about fighting.  I knew that it was something that was growing in popularity with kids, and I didn’t want to encourage it.
