Things Get Used in Unintended Ways

It’s always funny how things end up being used for what they were never intended for. When my first son was born, I went out and stocked up on all the baby paraphernalia, just like I was supposed to. The crib ended up being a large depository for clean laundry. Goodness knows that he didn’t sleep there. Then, you have the treadmill. I know if people don’t actually use their Stamina InMotion II manual treadmill to run on, pretty soon it starts to be the catch all place to put clothes. Like a giant, mechanical coat tree. Except, the coats keep getting bigger because they’re not moving.
