Customer’s Point of View
I think that most companies should pay particular attention to the customer experience and specifically if the customer will plan on coming back. It is unfortunate that this economy will probably take out some of the smaller companies and leave room for the bigger companies to take over. So many times I find that I have a better experience with the smaller companies because they really value each and every customer. I hope that the bigger companies can take time to evaluate their position and pay more attention to the customer and what it is like on every level of production and performance.
