The program basically works from a predetermined list of registry entires that could be errors. You select which ones of these you wish to scan for, and a list of those found is returned to you. While not all items always found by a registry scan tool are errors, they program must play the odds and recognize that most of the time particular items show up as errors.
Once the list is returned you can either delete all of the items right away, or a smarter approach is to review each entry first then consider removing them one by one to ensure no further damage is caused.
