Looking for boutique hotel lenders?
I have just finished writing a business plan for my new small hotel business. I am looking for boutique hotel lenders because I understand that some lenders are more willing to work with this type of business. I am looking for suggestions and first hand reports on lenders that you may have used. I have been researching my options online but would like to know what others experiences have been with such lenders. I want to get as much advice as possible before taking the plunge.
