Travel insurance for 1Time passengers
1Time Airlines has announced that they will be offering their passengers travel insurance cover for their trip.
Rodney James, CEO of 1Time Airline, said, “With the growing need for passengers to cover themselves against baggage pilferage at South African airports and other travel related risks, which are beyond the control of the airlines, 1time has taken the initiative in arranging a travel insurance product which is underwritten by AIG South Africa Ltd.” James added, “Once again it is a first for the South African airline industry and who better to offer it than ourselves as we are constantly the leaders in aviation innovation.”
If a passenger selects the R25 per sector insurance option, 1time’s website contacts the AIG system, and they immediately send a confirmation to the passenger directly from AIG. Everybody is entitled to the insurance, whether they travel for business or for pleasure.
